Have you ever got a ticket or found yourself in a tight jam and needed to find a lawyer fast, well I know that I have, and it was in those times that I can never seem to find the lawyer I need in the time frame I need them.

For example:
A few months ago I got pulled over for doing 90 in a 65 and the officier gave me a huge traffic ticket, and I knew that I did not want to pay this huge ticket, and that I was going to need to hire a traffic ticket lawyer to clear this mess up for me.  But, as normal I waited until the last week to find a traffic ticket lawyer to take care of my case.  The only problem was that ever office I called was a answering machine, waiting list, telling me I waited to long to get help on my ticket, and I really thought that I was not going to be able to find a lawyer to help me out with this case.

I really wish that finding a good and fast traffic ticket lawyer was as easy as getting that ticket, because is you are like me and live life in a hurry then you don’t have time to spend 3 days finding a good lawyer at a good price.

I finally did find that lawyer I needed, and he got me off the hook for $85 dollars, which was a deal compared to the price of the ticket.  The thing is we all need lawyers, even though many of us hate them, but they serve a purpose, and I know that when I found myself in need of a lawyer I truly appreciated mine once I got him.

A lesson you can learn from this post is to start looking for a lawyer early, and once you find one keep their card.

Finding a good lawyer can be the difference between winning and loosing a lawsuit.  When choosing a lawyer to represent you in a case you need to make sure that your lawyer is qulified in the specific field that your case is in.  If you are in a bankrucpy lawsuit then you need a good bankrupcy lawyer, and if you are facing a divorce then you need to find a lawyer the is a good divorce lawyer, and deals with you type of case frequently.   Also, be sure to ask you lawyer a lot of questions such as how long they have been practicing law, what is there track record, and do research them.

Don’t hire the 1’st lawyer you saw on T.V. or in the phone book, before you choose make sure that you find the best lawyer for your case otherwise you might wish you would have done more research.

A good lawyer is going to have a great record, and a long standing history in your city or state.   Lawyers are everywhere this is a fact, but good lawyers that will be honest with you, and treat your case with the time and effort it deserves are hard to come by.
